NEW PROGRAM: The holidays are approaching!! Come create your very own Holiday Centerpiece. Let Ella Via Flowers teach you how to create something for yourself or give away to a friend! Granby Recreation is pairing with Kevin McGovern, Professional Floral Designer! At Ella Via Flowers and Gifts, family is at the heart of everything we do.
Our name is inspired by Kevin’s two beautiful daughters, Aniella and Olivia—the “Ella” and “Via” behind our name—whose creativity, love, and joyful spirit infuse every petal and present we offer. Our roots run deep. As part of a fourth-generation flower family from Brooklyn, NY, we were raised among the beauty and rhythm of blooms—learning the art of floristry, the value of hard work, and the importance of heartfelt service. That legacy lives on through Kevin, who now calls North Granby, Connecticut home with his daughters. Together, they’re actively involved in the community—from school events to small business initiatives and everything in between. Ella Via Flowers and Gifts was born from a desire to bring a touch of that old Brooklyn charm to New England, blending timeless floral tradition with thoughtful, modern gifts for all of life’s special moments.
You will learn how to make a beautiful Holiday Centerpiece for your dining room table for you and your family to admire during your dinner festivities in less than 2 hours! All materials will be supplied; however, please bring your own scissors or clippers. There is a $15 material charge that is given directly to the instructor upon arrival to class.
