Story and Comic Illustration
This class is for kids who want to illustrate their own story or comic. We will focus on developing ideas for our stories, sketching ideas, and creating final art. Students will work with black and white drawing materials like pencils, pens,and markers. We will also practice adding color to our art with paint, marker, and /or color pencils. Students will use their own story ideas as inspiration for their work. We will work on character development, setting illustration, and story creation through art making. This class is a great option for kids who like to write and create their own stories and who are interested in developing their ideas and artworks even further. This class meets 4 times and is held in the art room.
