New and Exciting Program! Situational Awareness and Self-Defense for Teens and Young Adults. Navigating through Middle School, High School, Graduation and beyond can be very exciting chapters in a young person’s life. They can also be extremely vulnerable at times.Young people may reluctantly find themselves in dangerous situations or around people that make them feel uncomfortable. During this 2 hour class we focus heavily on prevention. You will learn all about situational awareness. Which is the ability to see, understand and react to what is going on around you. You will learn how to take your intuition or gut feelings to the next level. Giving you critical thinking skills to recognize potentially dangerous situations. We will also get into the mind of a would-be attacker and learn what you can do to stop the threat. In the second part of the class you will learn simple, but effective self-defense techniques. Techniques that everyone will be able to master. Allowing you to get out of choke holds and grabs.

This class is taught by Cheri De Maria, 1st Degree Black belt in Tae Kwon Do and Certified in Situational Awareness

Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle if you would like.
