Join instructor Karen Kudish for this dynamic vinyasa flow class which begins with the basics of Power Yoga in a supportive setting. We will begin with easy poses in the first few weeks and build on to our practice to end with more vigorous flows in the later weeks. Come and increase your flexibility, strength and confidence while learning the basics of Power Yoga! Some knowledge of yoga is helpful, but no experience is necessary. Karen has been a practitioner of yoga for 25 years engaging in several styles including Power, Yin, Restorative, Gentle and All-Levels in studios around Connecticut. She is also an English teacher at Granby High School where she has taught for the last 28 years.
