Granby Parks and Recreation is now offering after school care to be held at Kelly Lane School for children in grades K-5.  Kelly Lane students be dismissed from their classrooms after school and brought directly to the cafeteria and Wells Road students will be bussed over to Kelly Lane School.  After School Care is available Monday - Friday from 3:30pm - 5:30pm.  The Director of the program is Melissa Young, current Media Teaching Assistant at Kelly Lane School.  During the two hours of after care, your child will be kept busy with many fun games, crafts, and gym time.  Limited spots available so register ASAP!!

IMPORTANT: Parents/Guardians, you are responsible for letting the school know that your child will be attending aftercare and you must call or email the school at the beginning of each month to let them know. If your child goes only 2 times per week, you need to call or email on each day they are going to aftercare. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!

Registration options:




  • No aftercare on 11/22, 11/23, 11/24, 12/22, 6/7, 6/10, 6/11


  • 5 days per week or 2 day option that must be the same in that month


  • Payment is done on a monthly basis


  • Deposits made to "hold" spots are non-refundable.


  • All rates reflect, and the program will be held on 1/2 days and early releases. Program will not be held if school is let out early due to inclement weather.


  • Registrations must be received by 12pm on the 24th of the month prior to the month you are registering for.


  • Parent/Guardian must call the Kelly Lane and Wells Rd office staff the day before the new month starts to let them know their child will be in this program.
